VHS, 8 mm, 35 mm, SVHS, Hi8 and slides can be put on cd.
This is done by turning old
movies into video tape, pictures scanned and turned into files, then placed
into a slide show form. Pictures and slides may also be run through an
Image Transfer
System and turned into a video. Pictures
and slides that are scanned can be viewed as a single picture and used
in other applications. Videos are then turned into AVI. movies which are
then turned into mpg1 videos that are compressed to fit on a cd. Up to
one hr. can be put on a cd depending on the frame size. On my video
page you can download some samples of these movies in the three sizes
that are used most. There are different clips of different quality.
Videos will only be as good as the original so send the best copy you can
get. I'm offering this only to the general public. No companies
will be accepted. Most companies that do this get about three times what
I'm charging you. My goal is to make it affordable to the regular person
who would like to have a long lasting keepsake of their most memorable
videos and treasured memories for the next generation to see. As a special

pictures that are scanned of my mother Kathryn Braden, are at least 3 times
larger then what I have in my box. This makes them easier to see
